Unfortunately, we cannot change a patient to a provider who does not have a shiftMD account
The patient can go into her account and place the order herself, or CC can place the order on her existing account, with the old provider.
However, if the patient feels very strongly about no longer being tied to her old provider, then CC can create a new account for her using the house account as the provider. This means the patient will not have access to her order history.
