How to Place an Order – shiftMD

On the Dashboard, click the blue Start New Order button on the right side of the page.

Enter the patient's doctor. If the patient does not know the doctor's name, place the order under the shiftMD house account.

Enter the product name

Select how many units to ship, the frequency and how long to set the DOT and click Continue. Anything over 2-units activates the Duration of Therapy - auto-renewal with free shipping. Free shipping is also available for orders over $50 if a patient isn't interested in a monthly Duration of Therapy.

To proceed with the monthly Duration of Therapy, click Checkout. The customer can also take the entire DOT in 1 order by selecting Please charge and ship all my therapy today.

If the patient is already in our system, just enter the phone number and the patient's information will pre-fill. If it is a new patient, enter all the required information.

This box must be selected or the order will not process: Patient understands that this product will not be reimbursed by Medicare or Medicaid and will not submit a claim for this product. *

Select Process Payment to place the order.

You will know the order has been successfully placed, when you see the confirmation pop up.
