Changing the message your patient receives when you send a recommendation

When you send a product recommendation, your patient will receive a text message that is generated from the shiftMD system. This text message has a short greeting as well as a link to order the product you're recommending. 

We now have 4 options for how these text messages will look to your patients. Here's how to select the option you want, follow the instructions below:

First, open the navigation and tap on My Settings:

Now, tap on SMS Options: 

There, you will see the 4 options. Select the one that best fits you and your practice.
