First, tap on the navigation button next to the shiftMD logo. Then tap on Store Activity.
In this section, you’ll find key insights into how many orders your recommendations are generating and how much income you're earning through shiftMD.
First, you'll notice your earnings generated, conversion rate, and orders sent. These are the 3 metrics that will help you understand your store’s performance.
Earnings generated is the profit you have taken in from the orders your patients have completed through shiftMD.
Conversion rate is the amount of orders your patients have completed compared to the total number of product recommendations you've sent.
Orders sent is the total orders you (or one of your admins) have sent from your shiftMD account.
You’ll notice above this section are 2 tabs: Current Period and Total Earned.
Every time you cash out your earnings to your bank or PayPal account, a new period starts. This means your earnings generated, conversion rate, and orders sent will reset to 0. If you want to see what you’ve earned since you unlocked your earnings, simply tap on Total Earned.
If you want to see what’s driving your earnings, tap on Earnings Generated.
Here, you’ll be able to dive deeper into your store’s activity.
The date above the donut graph is the date the current period started. The metrics below that explain where your earnings are coming from.
Every time you set a DOT — duration of therapy — the earnings generated from the subsequent orders on that product, which are automatically processed, will be displayed here in recurring orders.
The New Orders section represents any new order your patient completes through shiftMD. This includes the very first order of a DOT that is completed.
As soon as a patient completes a purchase, they receive an account page that has your shiftMD store linked to it. They can come to this page to purchase the product(s) you recommend to them whenever they want. Even without them receiving another link via text message from you, you still earn profits from their order!
Further, if you share any earnings with a colleague or staff member, you will see that represented in this section. For more information on sharing earnings with shiftMD, you can contact your Provider Success Liaison.
If your patient returns an item and gets a refund for it, the profit you generated for that item will be subtracted from your earnings.
Now, let’s see which products make up your total earnings:
Here, you can see all the products you've sold, the number of units sold, and the earnings they have generated.
You can tap on Load More to see all the items.
