First, see how to find out which products have DOT activated. All DOT-enabled products can be identified by the green icon shown below:
How to activate a DOT:
When you get to the product ordering screen, you'll see under the product image the amount of months you must enter to activate the DOT function.
Once you've reached the activation threshold, the DOT will automatically activate.
If your patient does not want to have the product delivered in a monthly schedule and would like to receive all the product in one shipment, you can turn off the DOT by tapping "No."
All DOT-activated orders will receive free shipping. Bonus: Your patient has full control over their DOT, meaning they can cancel or edit the duration at any time from their account page or by calling the shiftMD customer service team.
