First, tap on the navigation button next to the shiftMD logo. Then, tap on My Patients. This section of the app is secured by face ID, so the only person who can view these stats is you.
All the patients who are in this list are the patients who have completed a purchase, based on your recommendation, through shiftMD. Anyone who received a product recommendation and did not complete their purchase will not be in this list.
Once you’re in, you can scroll to find a patient, or you can manually search for a patient by typing in their name.
Once you’ve found a patient, simply tap on their name. From there, you have access to edit the patient’s information and see their order history.
To see which products they have ordered, tap on View Orders. Here, you’ll find every transaction they’ve completed.
You can tap on each order to view the specific details.
