Please try the following: 1/ Make sure you have the most up to date version of the app on your phone. If you're not sure, please delete and reinstall the app on your phone. 2/ Make sure you have selected the correct device (either Crescendo or Tenuto) on your app. To change between them, please swipe down from the home screen and then tap the cog in the top right hand corner. Scroll down to where it says 'swap device' and then make sure you have selected the device you're trying to connect with. 3/ This is often an indication that the bluetooth pairing is wrong and the APP cannot access the secure features of the device, go into your Bluetooth Settings on your phone and 'Forget' your device, then try reconnecting through the APP.
