Your Crescendo may be stuck in boot mode, where it is unable to turn on correctly. To fix this, please place your Crescendo on the charger and wait for the lights on the side to pulse gently - this means it is charging properly. Let Crescendo charge for around 15 minutes, and then try turning it on. In order to prevent this from happening again, connect your Crescendo to the app and install the firmware update when it prompts you to. This is quite a large file so it will take around 10 minutes, but once you have successfully installed the new firmware then you shouldn't see this issue again.
