If you earn profits from shiftMD, we are required by law to charge a fair market value for the use of the shiftMD app. The yearly cost of having a shiftMD earnings account is $300, which you can far surpass in earnings through your product recommendations.
But this isn't the only way to unlock your earnings! By joining shiftMD's Inner Circle and participating in our monthly Provider Success Team check-ins, you will be able to unlock your earnings, free of charge.
In order to earn this revenue, you agree to either (1) pay a yearly subscription fee of $300, or (2) join the Inner Circle and participate in the monthly Provider Success Team. If you agree to participate in the shiftMD Inner Circle in lieu of paying the $300 subscription fee, you agree to participate in the shiftMD Inner Circle in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- Your Role as a Member of the Inner Circle.
The goals of the Inner Circle are to:
- provide valuable insights into your experience with shiftMD;
- share how your patients are interacting with the shiftMD platform; and
- provide support to enhance and refine the shiftMD platform.
To achieve those goals, Inner Circle members will provide services to shiftMD with a Fair Market Value of $300 per year. These services may include, but not be limited to:
- attendance at a Zoom (or other virtual platform) meeting;
- completion of an online survey;
- participation in a phone call; and/or
- participation in a webinar.
You must attend the full meeting, webinar, or phone call and participate in a meaningful manner that furthers the goals of the Inner Circle. Failure to attend the full meeting or provide services in a bona fide manner will result in termination of this agreement.
- Delegation of Responsibilities
The Inner Circle program is designed with the expectation that you, the physician, will provide the services and participate in the program. Services shall not be delegated or assigned to another member of your practice (e.g., a Physician’s Assistant).
