What are the different shiftMD user types?

Master Account:

A healthcare provider who will send out recommendations to their patients. This HCP is the main account owner of the shiftMD app with special privileges and controls. They are also able to manage other healthcare providers' use of the shiftMD app. This account type is ideal for physician practice owners who want to have a shiftMD account for their entire practice.

Clinical Provider Account:

A healthcare provider who will send out recommendations to their own patients. This can be an independent healthcare provider account, or an account that is created within a practice's Master Account.

 

Admin Account:

Any supporting staff to the healthcare provider, who will send out orders on behalf of the providers they are linked to. Admins are allowed to generate profits from their shiftMD recommendations, but they are not allowed to create their own independent accounts.
