Product recommendation messages are usually received by the patient within 1 minute of sending. If the patient has not received the text by then, the following may have happened:
- The patient's mobile number may have been entered incorrectly. Please confirm the number and resend the order.
- The in-office internet connection may be faulty and the text message will be received by the patient as soon as it reconnects.
- The message is queued and will be received in 5 minutes.
If your patient continues to have issues, please have them call 1-844-826-4768 to place their order.
