How to take Pregnitude?

1. Each day, carefully separate the two packets of Pregnitude from each other along the perforated line.
2. Tear one packet open, pour 1 packet of Pregnitude into an 8 oz. glass of water, and stir or swirl to dissolve the powder.
3. Continue to swirl or stir the liquid until the contents have been dissolved.
4. Drink the entire glass and take the other packet in the evening.
5. For best results, Pregnitude should be taken for at least three consecutive months.
