While Ellura is for urinary health and not for treating IC, if you are getting UTIs as a result of IC, then yes you can take Ellura. It has about the same acidity as a cup of coffee or cola. If that amount would bother you, you can take Ellura along with an acid reducer. However, please be sure to talk to your doctor for proper IC treatment.
