No, Kegels / pelvic floor strengthening is not always the right move. In particular, those with pelvic floor muscles that are hypertonic / overactive / high tone (in other words, too tense), should not do Kegel exercise. This is often characterized by various types of pelvic pain.
However, Boost also has Down Training workouts, which are designed to help people with overly tense pelvic floors to practice relaxing their muscles.
