The first thing to do is to select a workout in the app, while holding Boost in your hand and squeezing -- make sure that the app / workout is responding correctly when you squeeze. If that is the case, it means your Boost is working and there are two common other explanations.
It could be your technique -- see the FAQs on How to do a Kegel. If you’re confident that your technique is good, and that you’re activating your pelvic floor muscles (and not your glutes, abs, or inner thighs), the other explanation is that it could be a calibration issue.
Try to recalibrate manually at the beginning of the workout by pressing the “Calibrate” button in the app and see if that helps. If it’s still not working please contact us at boost-help@kgoal.com for more thorough and personalized troubleshooting.
