Daily iron requirements vary according to different physiological conditions; therefore, if you require an increased dose, always consult your doctor for advice.
You can take SiderAL® Folic once daily, at any time, preferably between meals. However, certain foods, like dairy products and calcium-rich items, can hinder iron absorption. If you consume these foods, taking your SiderAL® Folic dose a few hours later is essential.
