Having the most updated firmware on your vibrator is essential to you having the best experience we can offer. If you've been running into issues trying to update your vibrator, here are the main ways to get it updated and ready to use!
We will tell you what to do based on what color the two lights on your vibrator are, so turn it on and look at those lights!
If both lights on vibrator are solid red
Both lights being solid red means the vibrator needs to have its firmware updated.
- Simply try updating again by pressing the teal, rectangular button that says 'Sync (Get Sessions).' It may take a bit to find the vibrator on the "Searching nearby..." screen, but it will.
- Once the update starts, leave your phone and vibrator next to each other until it finishes, and you're all done!
If both lights are solid green
The vibrator is ready to roll if both lights are solid green! However, if the app is still prompting you to update your firmware, you should. It will ask you to update every time you sync with the app.
If the vibrator is completely unresponsive
Oh no!! Don't worry, we can bring it back.
- Plug your vibe into a power source, then hold down both buttons for 8-10 seconds.
- This will send your vibrator back into update mode, meaning it should now have two solid red lights.
- Now you just need to try the update again! Turn the vibrator on and press the teal, rectangular sync button. It may take a bit to find the vibrator on the "Searching nearby..." screen, but it will!
- Once the update starts, leave your phone and vibrator next to each other until it finishes, and you're all done!
