What is the recommended dosage of Utiva Cranberry PACs?

Utiva Cranberry PACs is recommended to be taken as per the following:

PREVENTION: 1 capsule daily at the same time every day

SEX-ASSOCIATED or SYMPTOMATIC: 2 capsules the day of and 2 capsules 24 hours later. It is safe to take 2 capsules a day for a few days if needed.

Utiva Cranberry PACs can be taken with or without food.
