Why doesn’t my Sync charger LED blink when my Sync is inserted into the charging base?

If your charger LED light is not blinking, your Sync is not set onto the magnetic charging contacts properly. Wipe the contacts on your Sync and in the charger clean with a damp cloth, and set your Sync back into the charger.
