Do I need to prepare before I use Proov Complete

Before using Proov Complete, we recommend downloading the free Proov Insight app and activating your fertility test kit in the app. The app will then determine your unique testing protocol and will prompt you when you should begin testing. Remember to always test using first morning urine!
